According to a recent report published by Bloomberg NEF (a research organization focused on Energy) Electric vehicles have helped save an estimated 3.52 Lakhs barrels of OIL PER DAY in 2019 in just four regions of China, Europe, USA and Japan. The figure for 2018 was 2.56 Lakh barrels per day. This is a clear sign of two things. One the Electric Vehicle population is increasing and two that using electric vehicles instead of ICE engines has a very significant impact on Carbon Footprint.
