In a latest development it is learnt that BHEL is planning to install Electric Vehicle Charging stations along the Delhi – Chandigarh highway. The plan is to cover as many points as possible along the 250 kms highway to minimize and “range anxiety” that an Electric Vehicle owner may have. In fact, some of these chargers may be powered by Solar power.
