The yet to be notified Delhi Electric Vehicle Policy 2019 has provisioned to waive off registration fee and road tax. With this waiver the Electric Vehicles registered in Delhi will be cheaper by anywhere between 5 to 10 percent. The policy has also provided for a subsidy of upto Rs. 30, 000/= for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.
